3. Do not twist or wring out wet silk
4. Hang in the shade to dry
5. Iron while damp

Once the defective item has been returned and assessed by us as being unacceptable, then we will send you a new one free of charge. Please be aware that no refund / exchange is guaranteed as it is subject to our review of the returned product. Also, no refund / exchange will be given for a simple change of heart, damaged goods only.
